In Flowers by Emma GoddardLeave a Comment

Over at the Global Design Project Challenge we have a 2-week colour challenge for you. This colour challenge is a combination of Daffodil Delight, Pool Party and Petal Pink. I have use a mixture of three stamp sets; Of Art & Texture [Online Exclusive 162687], Heartfelt Hellos [Sale-a-Bration Sneak Peek 162964], and Petal Park [160571].

The first step was to heat emboss (in White) the Textured background section. This is using the Of Art & Texture Stamp Set. In case you are thinking, ‘I haven’t see this stamp set in any of the printed catalogues’ you are right…it is a current online exclusive and only avaliable in the online shop HERE

Once the background was heat embossed in white, I have added a touched of Pool Party Ink with a Blending Brush, and completed the background with a splatter of the Dark Pool Party Blend.

The flowers were stamped out in Daffodil Delight and Petal Pink and punched out. I have given them a little scrunch for some extra texture and layered them together and onto the card with a few glue dots.

This sentiment is a Sneak Peek from the upcoming Sale-A-Bration promotion. You’ll be able to get your hands on this Heartfelt Hellos Stamp Set for FREE from 4th Jan with a spend of £45.

I have completed the cards with a bow in Bakers Twine [162759] and a few flowers from the pack of Adhesive Backed Hearts & Flowers [162557]
