Picture Perfect Birthday with easy-peezy Candles!

In Birthday by Emma Goddard1 Comment

Hi,

Today I am sharing a quick and simple make using Picture Perfect Birthday. The background has been randomly stamped with the bow in Bermuda Bay, to get the lighter colour I have stamped off on to a scrap piece first to give a second generation (lighter) version of the colour.

This stamp has a second layer to add the shading to the inside of the bow, I love how this gives the image so much more depth! I have stamped this with full strength colour.

The Bermuda Bay square centre is 7cm x 7cm just slightly larger than the biggest of the Stitched Square Framelits. I have cut 3 lengths of the Myths and Magic Washi tape (pg 37 of the new Catalogue), I placed the centre one first and the one each side to line them up. Once in place I added the flame, also from the Picture Perfect set in Crushed Curry ink.

The piece a Dazzling Diamond glimmer cardstock is 2.5cm x 10.5cm, and I have then add the fishtail edged. This has been added between the Bermuda Bay and Whisper White layers and stuck with Fast Fuse. This whole piece has then been added to the card with dimentionals for some extra texture.

I have created a VERY quick!! video of this being made

This is also over on my You Tube channel or my Instagram account. If you would like to follow me my user name is @coastalcrafter.
