Welcome to another Stampin’ Creative blog hop! and this months theme is ‘On Trend’
I may be your starting point for today’s hop or you may be joining me from the lovely Louise in which case I know you’ll already be feeling inspired by her lovely creations!
So, I have to admit when I first got my hands on the new Stampin’ Up! Catalogue I really wasn’t so sure about the Flamingo or background Pineapple stamp? I just wasn’t sure what they were all about?! Well, have you noticed the current summer trend for all things tropical, pineapples and flamingos?? They are absolutely everywhere!! and after one shopping trip seeing all of this lovely summer ‘stuff’ I knew I NEEDED these ‘on trend’ stamp sets as I was feeling really inspired.
I am slightly obsessed with this background pineapple and probably is my most used stamp at the moment. So this is my makes for todays hop and of course it had to feature the fabulous Pineapple. These gift bags are just the perfect size for holding the notelet cards.
I have made 3 notelets to go inside the bag all using Melon Mambo, Cucumber Crush and Basic Black.
Thanks for hopping by and enjoy the rest of the hop and your weekend whatever you may be up to. Click on this link to take you on over the lovely Pip and her ‘On Trend’ makes!

Oh WOW … I recall being told that “Pink and Green aren’t fit to be seen” … well how wrong were they. These colours are just gorgeous together. I love your creations. Thanks for sharing x
My word that pineapple is so much fun! Great colour combo – bet you can see that standing out on anyone’s mantelpiece! LOVE them!

I deliberated over the pineapple and thought I could ‘make do’ with the mini pineapple in the Pop of Paradise set – but think I might have to upgrade and get myself a bigger pineapple!! lol!! Love your makes this month x
Punchy Funky creation Emma, I just love how you have gone with not the norm pineapple colours, you OWN this stamp you really do xx
Love these and may just have to case as extra ideas for my Summer Retreat day – they are simple and stunning all at the same time and who would have thought a black pineapple could look so good.
