Be Inspired – Christmas Characters

In Fancy Fold by Emma Goddard

This month the Be Inspired Team are sharing Heat Embossing ideas to inspire you.

If you aren’t starting the Be Inspired Blog Hop here, then you have probably just popped over from my friend Brian King. All the links for the Blog Hop are at the end of my post, so you can click on the each of these links and see all our Be Inspired projects.

I have added a little stamping on the sentiment, but otherwise this card was so quick to make, putting the brilliant die cut designs to good use. All of the designer paper and cute images are from the ‘A Little bit of Festive 12″ x 12″ paper

This fun fold is a brilliant way to show off beautiful patterned paper, the base layer.

The sentiment I have used is from the Reindeer Days Stamp Set, but an alternative to this stamp set would be the Joyful Saying Mix and Match Ephemera Pack . These would be a quick and east way to add sentiments on to your Christmas cards without the need for heat embossing.

The Forever Plaid embossing folder is currently my most used embossing folder. Who doesn’t love a Plaid pattern? This folder is also big, measuring 6″ x 8-1/2″ (15.2 x 21.6 cm). This fits through a standard size cutting machine, but is perfect for creating a large panel for scrapbook pages or two card fronts at the same time!
