If you are looking for some inspiration then why not check out the new Global Design Project Challenge this week. We are CASE-ing team member, Cindy Timmers and this is her fabulous original design.
My starting point for this card was of course Cindy’s original card, but I pulled out the Perennial Lavender papers, this was my jumping off point for the colours I have used.
The daisies have been inked up in Memento and coloured with Highland Heather and Blackberry Bliss Blends. There is a small leaf in the daisies but I wanted to have more foliage surrounding them to CASE the style of Cindy’s original card.
These leaves are from the Layering Leaves Stamp Set and punched out with the Bough Punch, so were really quick to create.
Measurements for A4 Size Cardstock
- Basic White Thick – 21cm x 14.8cm (Scored on the long edge at 10.5cm)
- Blackberry Bliss – 14.2cm x 9.7cm
- Designer Paper – 13.9cm x 9.5cm
- Basic White – 1/2 for stamping Daisies, Leaves and Sentiment
Measurements for Letter Size Cardstock
- Basic White Thick – 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ (Scored on the long edge at 4 1/4″)
- Blackberry Bliss – 5″ x 3 3/4″
- Designer Paper – 4 7/8″ x 3 5/8″
- Basic White – 1/2 for stamping Daisies, Leaves and Sentiment
