Welcome to the penultimate Inspire.Create challenge for 2018. I have used the gorgeous snowflakes from the Beautiful Blizzard Stamp Set for this card and have kept the layers & colours really simple. 
Firstly I have stamped my sentiment in position and then randomly stamped the snowflakes in Night of Navy and Smoky Slate from the top of the card front towards the sentiment.
The next step was to add a Night of Navy panel across the bottom of the card (this is 2.5cm x 10.2cm), wrapped with Whisper White Solid Bakers Twine and tied a bow, and the Snowflake Trinkets has been adhered with a couple of mini glue dots. These snowflakes really are GORGEOUS and a great addition to a card or memory keeping page, if you have them on your wish list make sure you don’t miss out on them as they only available until 30th Nov (or whilst stocks last!)
To finish up the card I have splattered some of the Frost White Shimmer paint. This is a really simple but effect technique for adding some random sparkle! Dip your paint brush into the Shimmer Paint (make sure the area is clear) and and tap over the top of the card, then leave to dry.
