Masculine Makes

In Stampin' Up! by Emma Goddard5 Comments

Today I am joining the Stampin’ Creative Blog Hop and sharing a slim line card inspired by the theme Masculine Makes. I have reached Bermuda Bay cardstock and Pool Party Ink for a bright, bold card.

This background was so quick and easy to create. I have used the Plenty of Patterns masks with a Blending Brush and Pool party Ink. It would be so quick and easy to recreate this card in any colour!

Top Pick Product

Did you spot these NEW Decorative Masks (Page 128 of the NEW Annual Catalogue) If I had to pick this pattern would be my favourite from the pack, but I can think of so many ways to use them all. How great will the scales be with a Mermaid or Beach themed card?

The ‘Happy’ has been stamped with Memento Ink & using the Stamparatus. This has allowed me to stamp a couple of time in exactly the same position. This makes the black much richer compared to stamping once.

I have stamped the sentiment ‘Birthday’ onto Basic White in Bermuda Bay ink. This had then been cut out with snips and popped up with a few mini dimentionals

Measurements for this card

If you’d like to recreate this card, the measurements are: 20cm x 20cm and scored at 10cm. The Bermuda Bay layer is 19.3cm x 9.3cm and the front panel of Basic White measures 19cm x 9cm

The long tall cards are a great alternative and give you different options for layout of your cards – You can also get creative and make a bespoke envelope

To complete the card I have added on a few Matt Black Dots.
