Be Inspired - Bling it up! - Coastal Crafter

Welcome to our March Be Inspired Blog Hop were we are all bringing a bit of bling! Who doesn’t love some sparkle on a card or project?! I just love the Glimmer Paper for adding LOTS of extra sparkle to a project, this glimmer paper comes in Gold, Rose, Silver and Sparkle so plenty of options to coordinate in with any project or colours your are using. I have gone tropical and bright! Although this stamp set and dies have been around a while they are a recent purchase for me and so was keen to get them inked up! I have paired up the Gold Glimmer with Melon Mambo, Bermuda Bay, Granny Apple Green and Mango Melody.

To achieve the splattering of Gold, I have mixed a little water with the Multipurpose glue and tapped this using an aqua painter over the card. This then allows you to add on some gold embossing powder – tap off all the excess powder and set with the heat gun. I have also added some extra shading and texture with the Melon Mambo and Basic Black Stampin’ Write Marker on the flowers. To complete the look I have added a few gold sequins and Glitter Enamel Dots – just to make absolutely sure there is enough bling! lol Thank you so much for joining me today!
