This month the Be Inspired Team are sharing ideas inspired by the theme ‘Taking Flight’.
If you aren’t starting the Be Inspired Blog Hop here, then you have probably just popped over from my good friend Brian King. All the links for the Blog Hop are at the end of my post, so you can click on each of these links and see all our Be Inspired projects.

I have recently been away on a camping trip with my family and some friends, the car is always packed full! with camping gear, so if I take any crafting supplies with me, it is always very minimal. So I decided to take few pages of the Nests of Winter DSP and a pair of snips in my bag.
We only arrived back home yesterday afternoon, so I had limited time in my craft room to make a card.

Often when making lots of Christmas cards, you want to be able to make multiples that don’t take a huge amount of time, and this card is perfect for making multiples.
I have pulled in some stamps from the Golden Greenery Stamp Set to create a background and then added the cut out birds form the DSP as the focal image. From this one page of designer page I will be able to make another 8 of these exact cards, and other 8 from the alternative bird on this paper.
The sentiment is from the Greetings of the Season Stamp Set, which has beautiful sentiments in a beautiful fonts! Of you don’t have this sentiment set in your stash yet I can highly reccomend this one for your Christmas / holiday cards.

I am now sending you on over to the very lovely & talented Angela who I know will have a fabulous project in store for you.
