I realised I had a few cards that I made on my Facebook live before Christmas, but hadn’t yet shared them over here on my blog as yet. So this is the first card using the new Beautiful Day set which you are able to purchase from tomorrow when the catalogue goes live!
This was stamped onto watercolour paper and embossed in silver. I then added some Night of Navy ink, Elegant Eggplant, & Memento Black ink. I fussy cut the butterfly as it doesn’t have a coordinating die, but the lines are fairly chunky making it easy to follow around to cut out.
The background to this card is a Petal Passion Memories and More card – there are SOOOO many pretty cards in this memories and more set that are perfect for cards as well as memory keeping. I have added the sentiment directly onto the card, stamping in versa mark and embossing in with white powder. The words are from the Sale-A-Bration set Amazing You which you can earn for FREE when you spend £45 during the Sale-A-Bration promotion period (3rd Jan – 31st March)
To finish off I have added a few rhinestone for a little sparkle!
