Welcome to this Artisan Blog Hop where we are sharing with you the amazing Blended Season Bundle available for a limited time only! This is the perfect bundle for any time of the year and the coordinating Stitched Seasons Framelits Dies are just lovely! Currently this bundle is and exclusive early release for demonstrators and available to customers from the 1st Aug.
The dies are so lovely I decided to use them as my focus product and make an easel card with them & I cannot tell you how excited I was to see additional Watercolour Pencils in NEW colours! Made my day!!!
To achieve the easel card you can follow these steps:
- Fold your piece of cardstock and place the die just slightly over the edge of the fold.
- Cut a another die in the cardstock colour of your choice – I have made one card with Crumb Cake front panel and the other all in White.
- Score the card base you have made on the front panel across the half way point.
- Then and adhere the single die cut piece only to the bottom section of the front of the card base.
- Decorate as you would like!
The sentiment has been stamped in Memento directly onto the card front. I have then stamped in Versamark on a spare piece of Crumb Cake card to emboss in White. This has been cut out free hand and raised up on dimensionals. I have used both Linen Thread and Whisper White Twine to bring together the two colours from the base of the cards – You can’t have enough twine ;)
For the second card I have made the base all in Whisper White Cardstock and embossed the ‘Wishing you all the best’ and ‘You’re the friend everyone wishes they had’ sentiments both in white on black cardstock. I have then mixed and matched the words to use the Best Wishes for this card. To finish off I have added a few sparkles for the sequin assortments.
Colour your Season products will be available to customers from the 1st of Aug, but if you can’t wait until you could join in July and add this to your starter kit – Remember you get a FREE set of 10 ink pads if you join in July – So many reasons to join the fun! So pretty and what a great idea with the label die. SMART. I can’t decide if I live the white base or the crumb base better. Both set off the flowers so nicely! Hugs, Charlet
