Christmas Ornament

In Dashing Deer by Emma Goddard2 Comments

Hello,

Today I am sharing a fun Christmas Ornament which was part of the projects from my all day craft event. The globe is from a local craft store and is plastic, but there were all sorts of alternative glass empty containers which would be fun to decorate.

This was using the Winter Woods in Garden Green ink. The tree has been stamped and cut x5 and layered together. Both the tree and the deer have been stuck onto the base with hot glue to make sure it stays in place when the globe is given a shake.

The snowflakes have been cut from the exclusive Snowfall Thinlits (available now to Demonstrators and from 1st Nov to Customers) in Sparkle Glimmer paper – You could adhere these with mini glue dots, but as the glue gun was out I have used this to make sure it stays in place.

The faux snow was from my local garden centre (better value for money by miles than the craft store version!)

Happy Snow Globe making! :)
