It’s a Wonderful World

Welcome to the Be Inspired Blog Hop for June. Today we are sharing inspiration with you inspired by cards within our fabulous Catalogues. Each Catalogue is jammed packed full of fabulous samples created by the Concept Art team at Stampin’ up! I have had fun browsing the catalogue and picking out a card to CASE (Copy and Selectively Edit or Copy and Share Everything)

This is the card I chose to CASE. I loved the floral background and the focal frame

My card is using the new Wonderful World Stamp Set and DSP 12″ x 12″. These items will be available on 1st July with the SALE-a-bration offer. You can add these items to your shopping basket for FREE with a £90 purchase.

How to make this card:

Step 1: I have stamped tone-on-tone for the background using Orchid Oasis Ink and cardstock.

Step 2: Cut and layer the Basic White and Old Olive Ribbon across the card and tie with a piece of White Bakers Twine.

Step 3: I have then cut out the Basic White frame and the Orchid Oasis square using the Stylish Shape Dies. these have been added to the front of the card with Dimensionals

Step 4: cut out the Lily from the Designer Series Paper and add this to the frame

Step 5: Ink up the Cornflower image with Garden Green and Orchid Oasis Stampin’ Write Markers and stamp out onto Basic White. Cut this flower out with your Paper Snips and add to the front of the card with Dimensionals.

Step 6: Complete the card with some Basic White Matte Dots.
