Party Pandas with Watercolour

Hello,

Have you had a chance to have a good browse of the Catalogue and Sale-A-Bration items yet? So do you have a favourite?

I held my first class of this year on Tuesday and had to share the Party Pandas with my group. If you are like me and didn’t think you needed Pandas in your life, well I was wrong! As soon as you have stamped with them you realise you can’t now live without them. Firstly they are cuuuute! Secondly, they are great for any birthday, but particularly good for the men and children in your lives.

This monthly class is suitable for new crafters but also more experienced crafter come along so I have added a little watercolouring this month. I think this can sometimes look scary, but really its just about having a go! What can go wrong, worst case you have used a piece of paper and have another go, plus no two watercolour backgrounds like this will ever look the same so it can’t be ‘wrong’.

I added the water first (not loads!) but brushed the card so you could see the water and then added ink on with the aqua painter from the lid of the ink pad, so again not loads, but you can keep adding more ink if you want the colours to be darker. Plus the beauty of the water colour is that you can add more water and more ink once the first layer is dry if you wanted too.

Once the background was completely dry, I have then stamped in Bermuda Bay the party confetti over the background. The sentiment is from another very useful Birthday set called Picture Perfect Birthday. I have more cards using Picture Perfect Birthday tomorrow and Friday.

If you NEED these Pandas in your craft stash, then if you spend £45 on product you can add this set to your basket for FREE. If you would like to have a go at making this card then the supplies I have used are listed below and will take you to my online shop.
