Hello,
Today I am sharing my makes with you whilst I’m out at the first Stampin’ Stars team training of the year. This is always a great day with the chance to talk all things Stampin’ Up! with 24 other demonstrators, share ideas and craft – what’s not to love!
When Stampin’ Up! demonstrators get together it always means swaps which is lots of fun and a great way to share inspiration and receive lots back too, so today I am sharing my 24 swaps which I have taken to training today.
As soon as I first spotted these new stamps (Picture Perfect) I knew I had to have it as the Star Fish from this set coordinates with my Coastal Crafter/blog theme.
These took a couple of evenings to make because the first evening was all embossing (in gold) and water colouring the backgrounds. It was then time for the super technical and very difficult process of drying them…………………………………….all lined up on my lounge radiator whilst watching TV ;
Once dry, I then used the Gold Wink of Stella and Dazzling Detail with some gold, silver, black & white sequins to create the speckled/sandy background.
I really enjoyed making these so made a set in different colour ways & this is what I have come up with.
The Rose card is using Blushing Bride cardstock and Rose Red Ink and the Humming Bird is with Basic Grey cardstock and Elegant Eggplant Ink. If you like these cards and would like to get your hands on these products you can click on the images which will link to my online shop (available 24/7)
Back soon, Emma.
