Artisan Blog Hop – Snowflake Showcase

In Snowflake Showcase by Emma Goddard33 Comments

Today the Artisan Design Team is hopping and showcasing the amazing Snowflake Showcase products available for a limited time only! These are currently available to pre-order to all demonstrators for the month of Oct. So if you would like to get your hands on these products early could add these to your starter kit items? & they will be available to customers in November whilst supplies last!

I have used the Happiness Surrounds Stamp Set for my projects and paired with up with Merry Merlot (a new addition to the neutrals collection earlier this year) with lots of gold shimmer and embossing

First up I have this card which was created by using the sponge brayer and Merry Merlot ink on the background and (once dry!) swooshed with gold shimmer using a dauber over the top.

This next card was using the shimmer paint and a straw for a fun technique. I mixed the shimmer paint into a little water to make this move further and added a good amount across the top of the card and blew the paint down the card using a straw for the dripping effect. I then added some extra splatters with a paint brush – just for good measure! ;)

For this final card I have not used any of the dies. This largest image doesn’t have a coordinating die, but was easy enough to cut out. However, if cutting out is not your thing, then this would work well by being die cut using a circle framelit. The background has been created with the aqua painter and Merry Merlot ink, before the ink has dried I have added in some swirls of Gold Shimmer paint.

Once completely dry I have then stamped the sentiment in Versamark and heat embossed with gold powder.

To complete the set I also decorated a Mini Gable box to coordinate using the sponge brayer on the Lustrous White Box.

I am now sending you over the the fabulous Jenni Pauli who has some fabulous projects to share with you. Be sure to check out the rest of the team as I know all the cards and projects are full of stunning snowflake showcase inspiration!

If you live in the UK, I would love to be your demonstrator!  Click on the supply list below to order these items. Make sure to use the current host code to receive a free gift from me in Nov. Happy Stamping!
