Art Gallery - Global Design Project - Coastal Crafter Emma Goddard

We are sharing a CASE challenge over at the Global Design Project #GDP316, this week we are CASE the talented Stesha. I have used the Art Gallery Stamp Set for the Global Design Project Challenge.

The embossed background was using the Macrame Embossing Folder with Merry Merlot cardstock. I have then layered up a large label from the Seasonal Labels Die with the Brushed Metallic Card

The Art Gallery flowers have been stamped in Cherry Cobbler and Crumb Cake with the shading stamped over the top in Merry Merlot.

To add the gold on to the front tow flowers, I have used the Heat and Stick powder.

How to use the Heat and Stick Powder?

Step 1 – Stamp the image in Versamark

Step 2 – Add on the Heath and Stick powder (In the same way as you would add embossing powder). Remove any excess

Step 3- Use the Heat Gun to melt the powder. Top Tip – You don’t need to heat this for as long as you may heat Embossing powder, it melts very quickly!

Step 4 – Add you gilding flakes and brush them on with a blending brush or dry paint brush to adhere them to the glued area

To complete this Art Gallery card for the Global Design Project Challenge I have added a twist of the Simply Elegant Trim and a few Brushed Metallic Sequins.
