Happy Monday! Today I am sharing my card for the Global Design Project Challenge #GDP264. This week we are being inspired by the very talented Steffi
I loved Steffi’s watercolouring so much I wanted to keep this within my card. I wanted to use the amazing Whale of a Time papers, so I changed up the colours to Shaded Spruce. Just Jade and Pretty Peacock. The watercolouring was the first step, once this was dry I used the stamp from the Whale Done with the splatters to add the texture to the background.
I have used Shimmery Cardstock and added this to a Pretty Peacock Cardstock Base.
I have then used the seaweed from the Smooth Sailing Dies, to cut out some of the designer paper, as well as adding a could have stamped seaweed from the Whale Done Set.
Did you also spot the Ship Wheel down on the bottom left? This was also cut this from the Smooth Sailing Dies with the In Good Taste Paper
All the images are cut out from the papers too…how cute are those Turtles! I just love the shading and colours on these images, this is definitely a must have paper!
