Stippled Blossom

Whhoo its the weekend,

Today I am sharing a class from last month using mainly the Stippled Blossom stamp set plus a few others ….Gorgeous Grunge, Papillon Potpurri and Butterfly Basics.

The first card was using Lost Lagoon card stock as a base wrapped with Whisper White.    This has been scored at approx. 1cm on the left hand edge and folded around the piece of Lost Lagoon card. The stamping is all in Lost Lagoon and Smokey Slate inks.

I also then used this design and changed the colours to use as a swap for my team training event I attended in March, using Pistachio Pudding, Smokey Slate and Basic Gray. I also used the little butterfly from the Butterfly Basic set so I was only using 3 stamp sets and not 4. imageThe colours on the second card are Crumb Cake, Pink Pirouette, Blushing Bride, Pear Pizzazz and Wild Wasabi. All the flowers have been hand cut, as there is no die or punch for this set, however I know some people really are not a fan of hand cutting but I quite like cutting out now and again. I’m not sure you can really see the embossing in this photo but the card has also been embossed using the Spring Flowers embossing folder (from the Spring/Summer-2015 Catalogue)

The colours on the final card are Crumb Cake, Soft Suede, Daffodil Delight and Tangerine Tango. This card was inspired by a card I have seen on Pinterest but I changed to use the stamps and sentiments I have.
